The Vivo T4R showcases a slender 7.3-millimeter thickness and has a weight of 183.5 grams. It features a 6.77-inch quad-curved 1080p AMOLED display that provides a 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 1,800 nits. The display is safeguarded by Diamond Shield Glass, developed in partnership with the German glass manufacturer Schott for enhanced durability. The Vivo T4R is available in two color variants: Arctic White and Twilight Blue.

The device is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, combined with a maximum of 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
