The KP Education Boards Jobs (KP) government has unveiled new job openings for senior roles within the province’s Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs).
As per a notification from the Elementary and Secondary Education Department, permanent staff members of the Establishment, Elementary & Secondary Education, and Higher Education Departments are eligible to apply for these positions on a deputation basis.
The available positions include:
- Chairman for BISE Abbottabad and Malakand
- Secretary for BISE Bannu and Swat
- Controller of Examinations for BISE Bannu
Candidates must fulfill stringent eligibility requirements, which include being permanent employees in the necessary BPS scale, under the age of 56 by the closing date, and having no pending disciplinary issues.
Selections will be conducted through a transparent merit-based system that evaluates professional experience, relevant training, academic credentials, and performance evaluations. Shortlisted applicants will participate in a competitive interview process to gauge their technical skills, leadership qualities, governance capabilities, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
