NAB is set to auction the properties of Malik Riaz located in Bahria Town.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has declared its intention to auction several prominent properties owned by real estate magnate Malik Riaz on August 7, 2025.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved its decision regarding petitions that contest the planned auction of properties in Bahria Town.
The auction is set to occur at the NAB Rawalpindi Office, located in G-6/1, Islamabad.
As per NAB, the properties available for auction encompass significant commercial and recreational assets located in Bahria Town Rawalpindi and Islamabad, including:
Bahria Town Corporate Office II, Plot No. 7-D, Park Road, Phase II, Rawalpindi
Bahria Town Corporate Office, Plot No. 7-E, Park Road, Phase II, Rawalpindi
Waste Market & Lawn, located next to Bahria Garden City Golf Course in Islamabad
Arena Cinema, Plot No. 984-Broad-A, Phase IV, Rawalpindi
Bahria Town International Academy, located at Jasmine Street and Silver Oaks Road, Zero Villas I, Rawalpindi.
Safari Club, Plot No. 27, Safari Villas, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
These assets have been seized in relation to a recent plea bargain associated with the £190 million Al-Qadir Trust case.
