Following China’s decision to grant visa-free access to Russian citizens, Russia has now declared that it will also extend similar visa-free privileges to Chinese citizens.
As reported by foreign media, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia will offer visa-free access to Chinese citizens, mirroring China’s initiative.
The President of Russia expressed his appreciation for the Chinese visa policy that benefits Russian citizens, emphasizing that the travel of our citizens to China will undoubtedly enhance business and economic interactions.
It is worth noting that after the SCO conference, China introduced a visa-free policy for Russian citizens, prompting Russia to reciprocate with visa-free access for Chinese citizens.
Starting from September 15, Russian citizens will be permitted to enter China without a visa for a duration of one year.
